Google Chrome Phishing attack ahead Caspio

I just got the following error message when trying to visit our intranet

Phishing attack ahead

Attackers on b6.caspio.com might try to trick you to steal your information (for example, passwords, messages or credit cards).

The page I was trying to access has Caspio datapage elements embedded and I’m pretty confident that my details aren’t being compromised, so I added an exception for the site to my list of trusted sites. If you get a message like this when trying to visit a page you trust, try adding the site to your list of ‘trusted sites’.

Vagrant WordPress Pages Not Found

I installed Vagrant on my Linux machine with the intention of using it to create dev boxes for WordPress development and experimenting. I was able to install and get WordPress up and running, however with the permalinks post setting to ‘post name’ I couldn’t view any pages other than the WordPress site homepage.

I think I have fixed it, this is how I did it.

Firstly I changed the permissions settings for .htaccess using the instructions at the link below:

Step 1

Finally I had to make some changes to my Apache config files, the instructions can be found here:

Step 2

Once I completed the steps above I restarted Apache server, reset my permalinks and I was then able to view my WordPress site without issues.

My main purpose for writing this is as a reminder to myself, if it helps anyone else then great!
